Refund policy
All sales are final!! Not all crystals are completely perfect! Raw crystals will almost always have minor imperfections. If a polished crystals is chipped or scratched, it will be stated and the crystal will be discounted upon sale. If a crystal is damaged during shipping, it is your responsibly to file a claim through USPS. We appreciate your understanding in that we are a small business trying our very best to ensure you get the highest quality crystals at the most affordable prices and that you get the highest quality customer service.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after it has been processed/shipped.
Damages, missing items, issues
We are not responsible for any damage caused from shipment. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are unavailable once item has been packed and shipped. Once the item has been handed over to USPS, it is out of our control.
